TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICES
1. “The firm” refer to SINGAPORE ACCOUNTING AND BUSINESS SERVICES PTE LTD
2. “Client” refer to Individual/Corporate subscribe any services render by SINGAPORE ACCOUNTING AND BUSINESS SERVICES PTE LTD
3. REGISTRATION OF VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICES WITH THE FIRM
I. The registered business address allow for client usage on their letterheads, business cards, envelopes, invoices and for written correspondence.
II. The registered telephone AND, registered fax, allocated are for client usage on their letterheads, business cards, envelopes, invoices and etc.
4. CHANGES / TERMINATION OF VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICES (Inclusive of Address, Answering, Fax Services)
I. The clients must inform the firm immediately of any changes in their business particulars, e.g. Cessation of business, changes in partnerships, address, contact number, etc.
II. Client shall provide One (1) months’ notice to the firm for termination of any services. The client must show the firm the document to transfer/ terminate the business name registered with the company's address out of ACRA records. No refund for termination of service at any time even it is still within subscription periods
III. Transfer of any utilized services is strictly prohibited.
IV. The firm reserves the right to forfeit any deposits / payments made if the client default on any balance payment after registration is made. All payment for facilities / services provided by the firm to the client must be made in full after registration is done.
V. The firm reserves the right to terminate the virtual office services upon service expiry.
5. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE FOR VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICES / BUSINESS SERVICES
I. The firm reserves the right to return any uncollected mails to mail / parcel senders upon 30 days after letter/ parcel is not collected by client. (VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICES / BUSINESS SERVICES)
II. The firm reserves the right to return / dispose all uncollected mails / parcels more than 1 month from date of collection and notification via email / sms or one month after expiration of services. (VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICES BUSINESS SERVICES)
III. The firm reserves the right to open any letter or parcel to help identify the addressee should the firm be not able to identify who the letters / parcels belong to. (VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICES / BUSINESS SERVICES)
IV. The firm shall not hold responsible for any loss of mail or correspondence in the process of redirection of mail.
V. The firm reserves the right to reject any bulky items send to the registered address if prior approval is not sought. Bulky items refer to item of the size greater/thicker than one standard package of A4 paper. Bulky items must be collected by the next immediate working day. VI. The firm reserves the right to change or amend any of existing terms and conditions from time to time without giving any notice.
VII. This agreement shall remain effective for all subsequent services renewal.
VIII. Local Out-going Fax Charges applies (50 Cents for Every Page, Provided client have Mail Forwarding Credit, and Faxing to Overseas number is not Available).
IX. Incoming Faxes should be attention to client's Company name for easier identification and the firm will not be held responsible for any delay, non-sending and loss of fax(es) for the client.
6. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE FOR ALL SERVICES
I. The firm reserves the right to change or amend any of the above-mentioned prices, terms and conditions from time to time without giving any notice.
II. Singaporean / SPR clients are email to mark@singapore-virtualoffice.com with scan copies of valid NRIC, a copy of their existing billing statement to current Individual / Corporate address as a proof, a contact email and cell phone in order to activate the virtual office account.
III. Foreign clients are email to mark@singapore-virtualoffice.com with scan copies of valid K1V, K2V, Bank statement as a proof of current Individual / Corporate address, a contact email and cell phone in order to activate the virtual office account.
IV. All payments by clients shall not be refundable and exchangeable for other services / products.
V. The firm reserves the right to terminate the facilities / services without notice if client violet any of the terms and conditions laid by the firm. In such situation, any deposits and payment made by client will be forfeited.
VI. The client shall fully indemnify and hold the firm harmless from any loss, responsibility, costs or damages or liabilities from any parties concerned.
VII. The client shall confirm that they are using the above services for legitimate businesses only and fully indemnify and hold the firm harmless from any loss, responsibility, costs or damages or liabilities from any parties concerned.
7. DECLARATIONS BY CLIENT APPLICABLE FOR ALL SERVICES SUBSCRIBED WITH THE FIRM
I. The client / the person-in-charge shall agree to accept and be bound by all the above terms and conditions upon service subscription with the firm.
II. The clients shall confirm that all the information provided to the firm is true, correct and complete.
III. The clients shall aware that if they breach any of the above-mentioned terms and conditions, the firm has the right to terminate the facilities / services without any notice and the deposits and payment made will be forfeited.
